We are “Out and About” in Manchester today as we head back to August to see a couple of views taken at the Manchester Airport terminus.
Both of these photos are taken from the railway station platforms and in this first view we see 3102 sitting at the Metrolink platform ready to set off with a return journey to Victoria. At this time the tram was carrying an advert for Hard Rock Café. This had been applied the previous month and would stay on the tram until November 2022.
Later on the same day and we are back at the Airport for another similar shot across from the main railway station. This time its 3112 which is standing at the stop ahead of departure. This was in the standard fleet livery. (Both Photographs by Ken Jones, 3rd August 2022)
