“15 Years Apart” heads down to Devon once more today as we take a look at the lowest numbered passenger tram in the fleet.
This is 27th October 2007 and 2 is just approaching Colyford with a service heading to Colyton. With 2 being followed by Works Car 02 this was a special event with an End of Season Gala taking place which saw everything out which could move. 2 was in a red and white livery with between deck adverts. By 26th August 2022 and 2 has now arrived at Colyton (we suspect its arrived there quite a few times in the intervening 15 years though!) and waits at the end of the line. The tram is in the same livery as in 2007 but it has received new between deck adverts for Pecoroma and the Beer Heights Light Railway. (Photograph by David Mee)
