Extra trams in Edinburgh for Terminal V fans

There will be extra late night trams on the Edinburgh Trams network on Saturday 29th October to help get people back from the Terminal V Halloween festival which is taking place at the Royal Highland Centre. Shuttle buses are also being laid on to connect the venue with Ingiston Park and Ride.

The additional trams will be running until around 0045 linking Ingliston Park and Ride and St Andrew Square with all intermediate stops served by these extra services.

Lea Harrison, Edinburgh Trams Managing Director, said: “Terminal V is by far the biggest dance music event in Scotland, and we are delighted to be able to support this festival by working with the organisers to ensure Halloween lovers can safely get back home or to their accommodation once sets finish at 12am. Trams will serve all stops between Ingliston Park & Ride and St Andrew Square, and with day return tickets costing just £3.40, travelling to and from the venue couldn’t be easier! Upon arrival at the Ingliston Park & Ride tram stop, music fans can board the free shuttle bus, which will run at regular intervals to the Royal Highland Centre, to have a taste of some of the best electronic music, including Anetha, DJ Hell, and Reinier Zonneveld.”
