Today’s “Lockdown Walks” takes a look at Manchester Metrolink on a sunny Bank Holiday Monday.
You usually expect Bank Holiday Monday’s to be a little inclement weather wise but Monday 31st May 2021 was very different with much of the country being bathed in warm sunshine and Manchester was no different as we can see in the below photo!
This shows 3110 on Eccles New Road as it heads away from the camera bound for Eccles with a service which would have started back from Ashton-under-Lyne. (Photograph by Keith Chadbourne, 31st May 2021)
