Lockdown Walks: Edinburgh Trams 267

Its another trip out to the Gyle Centre on Edinburgh Trams for this edition of “Lockdown Walks”.

At the Gyle Centre you will find a section of grassed track, installed so as to make the environment that the trams run through a bit more pleasant and attraction – its certainly better than just plain old ballast that’s for sure. A fairly recent addition to tramways in the UK, there is another high-profile section like this on the West Midlands Metro to the city side of the St Chads stop.
