“Around the World in Trams” continues today as we are again off to The Netherlands.
On 4th July 2017 we see GTL8 3065 running on route 16 from Wateringen Dorpskade to Statenkwarier. It is between Buitenhof and Gravenstraat in the centre of Den Haag which is the point where route 16 passing route 1 (which follows the tracks curving off the bottom right of the picture towards Delft. Two of Den Haag’s better know Indonesian restaurants are a couple of hundred metres down Kneuterdijk, the broad street behind the tram.
