Now that the excitement of the opening of the Metrolink line through to Rochdale Railway Station is over we can turn our attention to the latest progress on the Town Centre extension. Tracks are currently been laid on this extension which is due to open to fare paying passengers sometime in 2014 along with the Oldham Town Centre extension.
