The track replacement work on Bilston Road is still going on disrupting Midland Metro services but good progress does still seem to be being made and the chance is also being taken to install the junction between the current line and the extension to Wolverhampton Railway Station. Away from the main worksite along Bilston Road preparations are being made just before Wolverhampton St George’s where the junction will be installed to take trams to the railway station.
Workmen busy on the northbound line towards Wolverhampton whilst on the southbound line, well it must be break time! Preparations are being made on the southbound trackbed.
