The latest recipient of Nottingham’s Nurse of the Year, Christina O’Loughlin, has unveiled her name on the side of Citadis 220 in a special ceremony at Wilkinson Street Depot. Student Nurse Christina was the guest of honour at the ceremony on Monday 31st July.
Stephanie Moss-Pearce, Assistant Marketing Manager at NET, said: “Over the past year, Aprille’s (Jones – former Nurse of the Year) name on the side of a tram has provided a constant reminder of the outstanding professionalism of local nurses to our customers, staff and all those that see the tram travel through Nottingham. Christina’s name now takes pride of place on the tram we’ve reserved for celebrating this very special award each year.”
Christina’s name will now adorn the side of 220 for a year until the next winner of the award takes its place.
