Her Majesty the Queen will be visiting Sheffield on Thursday 2nd April and as a result Supertram services will be altered from the start of service until approximately 1330. These changes are in addition to the alterations which will be in place from Saturday 28th March for rail replacement works.
On Thursday 2nd April the following services will run until 1330:
Meadowhall to Fitzalan Square – every 20/10 minutes
Halfway to Fitzalan Square – every 20/10 minutes
Herdings Park to Sheffield Station – every 30 minutes
Shalesmoor to University – around every 20 minutes
As soon as the road closures are removed by the local Police Supertram services will resume as normal (Herdings Park to Meadowhall via Cathedral, Meadowhall to Cathedral and Halfway to Shalesmoor).
