Manchester Metrolink 3003 is the latest tram to see its advertising vinyls removed and return to fleet livery after its short-lived advert was stripped at the end of December 2025.
It was only the end of the first full week of December 2025 that 3003 had received an advert for the BRIT Awards but it was clearly a short-term contract as even before Big Ben was warming up in preparation for the new year the vinyls had been removed.
3003 saw two sets of vinyls during 2025. The first set – for the Heaton Park Oasis concerts – was only a partial wrap with much of the fleet livery remaining, but the BRIT vinyls were a full wrap, the trams very first.
