Get ready for Classic Motorcycle Day at Crich

In recent years one of the most popular events at the Crich Tramway Village has become the Classic Motorcycle Day and this year’s event will take place on Sunday 6th July. This will be the eighth event it has been presented in partnership with Vincent HRD Owners Club and with sponsorship courtesy from Derwent Waste Management.

This year’s event has already attracted bookings for over 300 entries for classic motorcycle displays, made up of vintage machines, all of which must be over 25 years old to qualify as classics.

During the event there are numerous trophies up for grabs for the best motorcycles and scooters, judged by expert judges. This includes Best Original, Best British, Best Japanese, Best International, Best Pre-war motorcycles, and Best Scooter.

The Best in Show trophy will be voted for by the visiting public, who will be encouraged to browse the whole display before making their decisions.
