A few days ago we reported that Edinburgh Trams pair 269 and 273 had received new/revised adverts and in this pictorial article we take a look at the new looks for the duo.
269 is now advertising Edinburgh Street Food featuring a colourful background along with black and white lettering for what is apparently award winning street food.
As we mentioned in the previous article this is 269’s eighth different advert. It started off – as so many did – with ads for CR Smith between October 2017 and June 2019 and its most recent ad was for House of Hearing from February to August 2024.
For 273 it’s a revised advert as it has just seen changes to the simple advert. Whereas previously it featured the UniQlo logo it now also shows clothes available at their Princes Street store. The tram has now been advertising the company since March 2024 with this revision being seen in August 2024.

273 is at Ocean Terminal having not long left Newhaven at the start of its journey through to the Airport.
