In Pictures: Trams running during special bus event at East Anglia Transport Museum

During the weekend of Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th July, the East Anglia Transport Museum ran their latest special event. This time the theme was British Bus Fleets, East Anglia which saw many buses from the local area operating special trips around the local area whilst back at the main museum all the usual attractions were on offer – and of course that includes trams in service! David Mee paid a visit on Sunday 14th July.

The two trams in service were Blackpool 634 and Sheffield 513. The pair are seen here in the oh so very familiar location of Chapel Road terminus.

Passengers board 513 at Chapel Road as it waits for 634 to come back from a trip along the line.

And 634 now returns with the conductor about to exchange the single-line token. (All Photographs by David Mee, 14th May 2024)
