Output announced for first Blackpool Enhanced Weekend of 2023

Is it that time already? Yes, we are only a few days away from the first Enhanced Weekend of 2023 for Blackpool Heritage Tram Tours and the planned tram output has now been announced which should see 10 different trams allocated to tours across the two day event.

The February Enhanced Weekend will take place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th February with timetabled journeys running between 1000 and 1700 between Pleasure Beach, North Pier and Tower, Bispham, Little Bispham, Thornton Gate and Fleetwood.

As is usual on these events trams will be allocated a letter on each day and will then follow that diagram on the timetable. The planned output will be:

Saturday 18th February

A – Rebuilt Balloon 707

B – Balloon 713

C – Frigate

D – Balloon 717

E – Centenary 648

F – Railcoach 680

Sunday 19th February

A – Brush 631

B – Centenary 648

C – Balloon 713

D – Brush 621

E – Balloon 700

F – Balloon 723

Day tickets will be available (£18 adults, £9 children) and these not only give you unlimited travel on the heritage trams but also Blackpool Transport buses and modern trams. Heritage trams will stop at all heritage stops allowing hop-on, hop-off riding throughout the day – how many trams can you fit in on the day?
