We head back to Blackpool for this latest edition of “Out and About” as we see trams waiting at North Pier and Tower between tour duties over the Easter weekend.
Over the Easter weekend there was a fairly simple pattern of Heritage Tours: Morning and Afternoon saw Coastal Tours run to Fleetwood using a Balloon with the Morning seeing a couple of Promenade Tours operated by a vintage double decker and the Afternoon a couple of Promenade Tours using a Boat Car. This afternoon image shows Balloon 715 about to head off to Fleetwood as Boat 227 waits behind having terminated with a Promenade Tour. (Photograph by Peter Dockerty, 18th April 2022)
