We take another trip to Midland Metro for this edition of “Picture in Time” and this time we feature T69 04.
On 8th June 2007 we see 04 making the stop at St Paul’s with a service which will run the short distance through to Birmingham Snow Hill. The stop at St Paul’s was, for a time, a terminus for services from Wolverhampton in between the original Snow Hill terminus being closed and the new line into the city centre being connected up.
04 is another of the T69s which has been scrapped with it being moved from Long Marston to Rotherham for this to happen in 2018. It had run for the last time in February 2015 and was moved away from Wednesbury Depot in March 2016.
