With the end of October/start of November traditionally the end of the heritage tram season across the British Isles we thought it was an appropriate time to have another update of heritage trams which have run during 2021. Information is believed correct up to and including Saturday 30th October 2021. This list is intended to just show those trams which have run in some form of passenger service so far during 2021 (and thus does not include those on test/driver training but does include TDEs) and is as accurate as possible, although errors may have occurred. Various online sources have been used to collate this information.
If you know of any mistakes or anything not included above either please leave a comment below or email gareth@britishtramsonline.co.uk.
Oporto 196 has been used in passenger service for one day so far, though it’s use is currently limited due to its capacity with the reduced tram output and horseshoe operation. Newcastle 114 has been used in service on a handful of occasions.
Thank you for the update
