There are many ways to travel to or from your wedding, but its not often that you see the happy couple doing so on a modern tram! But that is exactly what happened on Thursday 9th September in Sheffield with Siemens-Duewag tram 114 hired for the purpose. If you decide to get married you may as well travel in style we guess!
Its not every day you see a destination as unusual as this on a tram! 114’s destination screen states the name of the happy couple – Mr an Mrs and Pickering.

It is to be hoped that the new Mrs Pickering did not take offence at the name of the establishment on the right of the tram in the second picture!
