Manchester Metrolink Engineering Works this month

There will be engineering works on Manchester Metrolink affecting both the Altrincham and Bury lines in March which will see the tram service temporarily replaced by buses. The work will be taking place on Sunday 14^th March (Altrincham) and Saturday 27^th/Sunday 28^th March (Bury).

Sunday 14^th March

No trams between Altrincham and Piccadilly throughout the day

• A replacement bus service will run every 15 minutes serving all stops
• All other lines will operate to a normal Sunday timetable

Saturday 27^th & Sunday 28^th March

No trams between Bury and Piccadilly on both days

• A replacement bus service will run at normal tram frequencies on both days (every 10 minutes 0800-2000 on the Saturday, every 20 minutes 0600-0800, 2000-0000 on the Saturday and every 15 minutes throughout Sunday 28^th March)
• All other lines will operate to a normal Sunday timetable
