Passengers who travel on the West Midlands Metro are being asked for their opinions on the service with the launch of an online survey. The survey is looking for views on the service offered on the West Midlands Metro including the tramstop, conditions on board the tram, information available on the tram service (at the stops, on the trams and elsewhere) and the quality of service (including punctuality and length of time they have to wait for the trams).
The survey can be completed online and anyone who completes the survey by 29th November will be entered into a prize draw for £50 worth of Amazon vouchers.
Vicki Bennett, Metro Customer Service Manager, said: “The views of our customers are vitally important to us and we always welcome their feedback on the services we provide. By taking part in our survey, which only takes a few minutes to complete, they can let us know how we are doing whilst giving us an insight into the reasons they use the tram, helping us to shape our service for the future.”
