Edinburgh Trams will be supporting the Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity throughout the next year as their nominated charity for 2019/20. The tramway has previously supported other charities including MS Therapy Centre Lothian who were recently presented with £12,500 following a number of events.
Lea Harrison, Managing Director of Edinburgh Trams, said: “Edinburgh Trams is excited to work with the Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity and I’m thrilled that our staff have selected them to be our Charity of the Year so we can support the important work they do for sick children and their families in Edinburgh and across Scotland. The Oor Willie BIG Bucket Trail is going to be a huge event for the city over the summer and I know that “oor” staff will rise to the challenge and support this excellent cause.”
