In Pictures: Flooding causes Supertram disruption

Heavy overnight rain in Sheffield led to delays for trams on Thursday 5th December 2024. The tracks were flooded on Middlewood Road close to Leppings Lane tramstop which meant that early morning trams were unable to travel to Middlewood.

NET zero tolerance fare evasion campaign refreshed for the winter

Nottingham Express Transit have released a range of hard-hitting graphics on trams and at stops as part of their renewed zero tolerance campaign aimed at encouraging the public to pay before travelling on the trams.

Latest light rail engineers workshop looks at operational systems obsolescence

The latest workshop of the UKTram Engineering Group has looked at how ever-evolving technology has implications for the replacement of obsolete control centre equipment. The impact on cybersecurity during this infrequent but necessary process was also the subject of discussion.
