Its time to head back to the Crich Tramway Village as we take a look at some trams in action at the Crich Tramway Village. These were taken on a normal mid-week opening day when a standard three car service was in operation with the trio of trams being Chesterfield 7, Glasgow 22 and recently returned to action Blackpool 236. Keith Chadbourne captured these photos before starting his duty as a conductor.
A look down to Stephenson Place where we see Chesterfield 7 waiting to go into service. The black building in the centre foreground is the ice cream parlour with the Eagle Press building on the left (closed this year for renovation work).
Glasgow 22 arrives at Stephenson Place.
And with Glasgow 22 now waiting at Stephenson Place we see the third tram in service, Blackpool 236, heading up the line with the next journey. (All Photographs by Keith Chadbourne, 28th April 2025)
