“Out and About” is on the West Midlands Metro for an image of a tram on driver training.
It’s a fact for all tram systems that there comes a time when new drivers need to be trained and for this its usually the case in the UK that a normal member of the operating fleet will be used. And so it was in this photo that Urbos3 35 was being used on the West Midlands Metro for that very purpose. Its seen at Brindleyplace. (Photograph by Andy Walters, 18th November 2024)
