Today we have an edition of “Out and About” which features a busy North Station on the Blackpool Tramway.
This photo shows an unidentified Flexity2 tram arriving at the newest tram terminus on a UK tramway – North Station on the Blackpool Tramway. The platform is very busy as a railtour had long arrived at the nearby railway station and now its passengers want to make their way onto the Prom and beyond. On the right work is now underway on creating a temporary car park on the spare land surrounding the tram terminus and Holiday Inn. (Photograph by Roger Burdett, 16th November 2024)
