Edinburgh Trams will once again be providing the ideal way to get home from the city’s world famous Hogmanay celebrations with an all-night service – and even better they will be free between midnight and 0900!
As usual Edinburgh Trams will be running a split service from 1700 on Monday 30th December until the morning of Wednesday 1st January 2025 to make room for the Hogmanay celebrations. This will see trams running from the Airport to West End and Picardy Place to Newhaven with the stops at Princes Street and St Andrew Square closed.
The special timetable will see trams running up to every 10 minutes from midnight until 0200 and then up to every 20 minutes until approximately 0900 on New Year’s Day.
