Overhead line work being carried out on the West Midlands Metro will see a change to services during the morning of Sunday 22nd January. The essential maintenance work will be taking place from the start of service until 1100 and will mean no trams will run between Wednesbury Parkway and Edgbaston Village.
During this period there will be ticket acceptance on National Express bus service 79 (Wednesbury-West Bromwich), National Express bus service 74 (West Bromwich-Birmingham) and West Midlands Trains (Wolverhampton-Birmingham). Trams will continue to run Wednesbury Parkway to Wolverhampton St George’s.
