Late evening trackworks for Supertram

Essential track maintenance works on Stagecoach Supertram between Monday 7th and Thursday 10th June is going to see some late night service alterations on the Blue and Purple routes. The work will be taking place in Gleadless, Herdings and Birley Lane areas and will mean that there will be an earlier than usual end of service time on these nights with no replacement buses being offered.

This latest set of essential works will be taking place overnight but in order to ensure the work required can be completed in time there will have to be an earlier finish time for trams as shown below.

Blue route:

Last tram from Malin Bridge to Halfway at 2043

Last tram from Halfway to Malin Bridge at 2146

Later services will run from Malin Bridge to Sheffield Station only

Purple route:

Additional tram from Herdings Park to Cathedral at 2137 (the usual 2147 departure will still run)
