Over the past few days there has been a fault with the automatic points at Hillsborough Corner on Stagecoach Supertram where the Blue route diverges from the Yellow route as it heads down Holme Lane. This has required the manual operating of the points so that trams can still travel down to Malin Bridge as seen in the below photo from Stuart Cooke.
The driver of 399 207 has got off the tram as it waits at Hillsborough and uses the long points bar to change the points here to access the Blue route. The tram will soon depart and make its way to Malin Bridge. (Photograph by Stuart Cooke, 18th April 2021)
