In a year when everything seems to have been curtailed it is pleasing to be able to report from the shortened Manx Electric Railway season will be extended into October. Originally due to end on Sunday 13th September trams will now be running into October, although there will be a reduction in the service to weekends only.
The Manx Electric Railway will be running to the special “Staycation” timetable Saturdays to Tuesdays until 20th September and will then run every Saturday and Sunday 4th October.
The Isle of Man Steam Railway is also extending its season to the same date, again weekends only from 20th September.
