Seaton unveil special events for 2012

The Seaton Tramway in Devon have revealed their special event plans for 2012 with the majority based around the Tramstop restaurant at Colyton. The one event appealing more to the enthusiast market takes place over the weekend of 23rd and 24th June 2012 when tram 8 will be launched in its new Bristol blue livery during an event entitled “Weekend
Extravaganza – Trains, Buses and Trams”. No further details of this day have yet been revealed.

As mentioned above the majority of the other events involve special themed menus at the Tramstop restaurant whilst there are also the regular Bird Watching Trips, Driver’s Eye Experiences and special Cancer Research Days.

The Seaton Tramway is will open daily between 11th and 19th February then weekends from 3rd March until 25th March before daily opening for the main season recommences on 31st March running all the way through until 4th November 2012.
