Our final Picture in Time image for 2015 heads back to Manchester Metrolink one last time for a view of T68 1012.
This photograph was taken on 11th August 2001 and shows 1012 operating a Bury to Piccadilly service. It is travelling through Shudehill but the location looks very different to that we know today as at this stage the stop had not been built with just a grass mound in place. At the time of the photo 1012 was still in the original livery without the aquamarine doors with its relivery still three years away. Today the tram is no longer with us having been sent for scrapping in October 2014.
