The ongoing programme of works to replace track on the Stagecoach Supertram network
will continue over the forthcoming Queen’s Diamond Jubilee weekend with the City Hall area being the latest to be worked on. The work here will take place on Sunday 3rd and Monday 4th June with a replacement bus service in operation on both these days and a Sunday timetable.
The replacement bus service will operate throughout on Sunday 3rd and Monday 4th June between Cathedral and Shalesmoor on a circular route, out via West Street and back via Fitzalan Square. Trams will operate to a Sunday timetable from Halfway, Herdings Park and Meadowhall to Cathedral and from the University of Sheffield and Shalesmoor to Malin Bridge and Middlewood.
These track works will only affect services on these two days with Saturday 2nd and Tuesday 5th June seeing services running on all routes to a Saturday timetable.
