Over the weekend of Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July the Heaton Park Tramway in Manchester operated for longer than usual in connection with the Festival of Model Tramways taking place at the nearby Manchester Museum of Transport. When Stuart Cooke visited in the Sunday a one tram service was operating utilising popular Blackpool 619.
