A new three year pay deal has been agreed for drivers working on London Trams. This comes following negotiations between union ASLEF and Tram Operations Limited (TOL) and will cover the backdated period from 4th November 2024 and then in 2025 and 2026.
The new deal sees the following pay increases agreed:
- 4.5% backdated to 4th November 2024
- RPI % for November 2025 from 4th November 2025
- RPI % for November 2026 from 4th November 2026
The RPI figure is announced just before Christmas and so this will be backdated once it is revealed.
There are also some minor changes to terms and conditions as a result of this agreement which was reached without going to a vote of ASLEF members.
