Essential engineering works on the London Trams network have been announced (at fairly short notice with the details being confirmed on Thursday 31st October) which have been impacting services since 2000 on Saturday 2nd November and will continue throughout Sunday 3rd November.
The works are mainly affecting the Croydon Town Centre section, although Saturday evening saw no trams on the eastern part of the network from Reeves Corner.
The changes in place were:
Saturday 2nd November from approximately 2000 onwards
No trams from Reeves Corner to Beckenham Junction/Elmers End/New Addington
Sunday 3rd November (all day)
No trams from Reeves Corner to East Croydon. Services continue Wimbledon to Reeves Corner and East Croydon to Beckenham Junction/Elmers End/New Addington
