“Out and About” is returning to Edinburgh today as we take a look at a very colourful all over advert.
Having been the first tram to carry a full vinyl wrap advert on Edinburgh Trams, June 2023 saw 270 also become the second when its original advert for Breitling was replaced by colourful design for Camera Obscura. With blues and pinks in the ad the tram stands out against the grey skies when it leaves Ingliston Park and Ride.
The contract for Camera Obscura has been reported as being for three years and also includes internal advertising. This second view of the tram is at Edinburgh Park Central with the tram on its way to Newhaven. (Both Photographs by blackpool_trams, 30th June 2023)
