This time we go to Sheffield for the latest edition of “Out and About” and it’s a very popular livery that we see, now under advertsing vinyls.

When stagecoach finally relinquish control of Supertram operations (I’ll leave it to you to decide if that’s a good thing or not) maybe they should paint the whole fleet in the traditional livery? If they’re going to do it though they definitely need to do a bit more research as the shades used on 120 never looked even close to being right. It actually looks better in the photos above than it did in reality. Comparing it to the trams at Crich and even the two modern buses that are running around in the traditional colours, the blue here was too light and the cream had a strange green/blue tinge to it, even when freshly applied.
