Last time Spotify advertised on Edinburgh Trams they took out a contract on two trams – and they’ve done exactly the same again! In addition to 260, as reported last week, 263 is also carrying identical adverts.
By our reckoning 263 had been the last tram in full fleet livery and so the addition of these Spotify adverts now means that once again the entire fleet of 27 trams is carrying external advertising. The tram had last advertised American Express up until March 2020 (added November 2019) and its only previous advert to that had been for C R Smith from August 2019 to November 2019.
The advert is identical to that carried on 260.
Interesting fact (or not, its up to whatever rocks your boat we guess!) is that all four adverts for Spotify over the years have been on trams in the 260 number range: 260, 262, 263 and 267!
