“Trams &” today is off to Edinburgh as we see one of the fleet of CAF built trams alongside a bus on Princes Street.
With many bus routes running along Princes Street its not a rare sight to be able to get a tram and a bus in the same shot with this image being captured at the Princes Street stop on 4th February 2022. The tram is no. 256 which is carrying adverts for C R Smith (which were added to the tram in May 2018) and its working through to York Place – just six days after this image and York Place was closed permanently.
Alongside the tram is Volvo 7900H bus fleet number 12 which is also running on route 12 out to Gyle Centre.
