This latest edition of “Out and About” returns to Edinburgh as we take another look at what was going on at the temporary West End terminus in February.
Carrying its fourth advert – this one for John Lewis – we are looking at CAF built tram 272 standing at the temporary West End terminus in this photo. The lights have been switched for its return journey to Airport as have both the electronic and manual destination displays. In front of the tram we also see the rudimentary end of the line – at least until April when trams will get back to St Andrew Square again. (Photograph by Roy Calderwood, 14th February 2022)
