Tramlink 2534 receives new all over advert

London Tramlink CR4000 2534 has received a new all over advert for McMillan Williams – a Croydon based firm of solicitors. The advert sees a return to red and white on a tram in Croydon and also features significant interior advertising for the same firm. The tram has been running on Tramlink in this guise for the last couple of weeks and means there are now two all over adverted trams in operation (Variotram 2554 being the other).

Excellent idea to bring some shades of the old livery for London Tramlink! I wonder, though, if this arrangement for 2534 is only for just a few weeks – or if it is for a longer term which Variotram 2554 has had so far, in this case it has been up to a year!

  2. Tram 2534 is under contract inside and out to McMillan Williams Solicitors for a year. Thereafter the contract is likely to be continued as the tram provides a platform for visibility which is unrivalled in the local area. The format is also on various buses, taxis and vehicles.

    We do like our tram.

Hi, It’s great to see the trams are being well looked after, It’s a pity that you could’nt give Edinburgh your idea to run them & properly, Their system still is’nt running,Salmond has got NO CHANCE of winning! God help everyone if he does! He’s a Hearts Supporter but he’s not going to Bail em out! I hear your tram numbers now go upto 2560, Well Done Keep up your good work!
