In Pictures: Double M5000s on the Rochdale line

Since the extension to East Didsbury opened last month during the morning peak there are two diagrams which see double M5000s operate through to Rochdale Railway Station. Harold Hull provides us some photos from the Rochdale line.

3048 and 3040 are seen here at Milnrow operating as a double unit to Rochdale Railway Station.

3022 and 3032 descend the flyover above the Calder Valley rail line in Rochdale, taken from the end of the national rail station.

The same pair of trams - 3032 and 3022 - are seen here in Rochdale Railway Station tramstop preparing to depart for East Didsbury. (All photos: Harold Hull)
