We now reach the penultimate stop on the Nottingham Express Transit line to Clifton South – Summerwood Lane.
The short section of tram only line we saw at Holy Trinity is soon left and we are back on Farnborough Road as we head to our next stop at Summerwood Lane. This stop is only a relatively short distance from the Clifton South terminus and is the third island platform on the line which features the usual shelters, lighting and ticket machines. And of course it opened on 25th August 2015.
223 makes the call at Summerwood Lane – the first stop of its journey from Clifton South to Phoenix Park.
