Tyne and Wear Metro performance remains constant again

The latest performance statistics of the Tyne and Wear Metro have been released on posters at stations and show that it is exactly as it was in the previous 4 week period!

This period covers the four weeks between 13th September and 10th October and according to the poster 88% of trains were considered to be running on time (within 3 minutes later or 30 seconds earlier than the timetable) and that is exactly the same percentage as the previous four weeks.

It also shows an improvement from the same period in 2019 as that was down at 82%.

The poster remains in the revised style which means there is no mention of specific incidents which affected the service punctuality as it concentrates on reassuring passengers on what they are doing to make the network Covid secure.
