Snow stops play for Crich Tramway Village

Adverse weather conditions have unfortunately delayed the reopening of the Crich Tramway Village for the 2012 season. The Derbyshire attraction was due to begin another year of operations this weekend, on 11th February, but heavy snowfalls in Crich village over the last few days mean that this will not be possible after all. The situation will be reviewed during the coming week, and hopefully a positive announcement will see the tramway back in action before the February half-term week is over.
