In Pictures: Crich at rest

The Crich Tramway Village may have been closed to the public since the start of November but that doesn’t mean that nothing is going on behind the scenes in preparation for the 2016 season, far from it. Obviously a lot of attention by the majority of you reading this website is on the trams but there are also some important jobs taking place on the general museum infrastructure. This has included, over the past few days, re-laying of the setts along the main museum street alongside the tramway.

Progress on relaying the setts on Monday 14th December. (Photographs x3 by Keith Chadbourne)

No visitors means clear uninterrupted photos in the Exhibition Hall.

Great to see ongoing improvement works and lovely unusual shots of the Exhibition Hall. is it just me, though, or does the foreign PCC stick out like a sore thumb? Its not even equally spaced!
