In Pictures: The Terror Tram out for Halloween

When the Fylde Transport Trust’s Blackpool Brush Railcoach 634 was repainted into a special “The Terror Tram” livery whilst it resided at Rigby Road Depot it was envisaged that it would have plenty have spooky outings and with 2024 being the first Halloween since it was recommissioned for service as its new home at the East Anglia Transport Museum this was the first real chance for it to come into its own.

The East Anglia Transport Museum held a special Halloween Event on Saturday 26th October which saw 634 in service and spooky goings on happening the woods – the perfect combination of the dark, spooky woods and The Terror Tram!

The latest volunteer at the East Anglia Transport Museum looks as if they have been waiting a while in the cab of 634!

634 was joined in service for the Halloween event by London Transport 1858.

The following day and 634 was making a weekend of it. It was joined on that day by Blackpool 159 whilst the trolleybus was London Transport 1201. (Photograph by Bryan Grint, 27th October 2024)
