The latest Seaton Tramway newsletter has given the mileage operated by the trams during August. The last details released for July caused a little bit of confusion as although said to be mileage it looked as if they were actually trips along the line (either that or there were very few journeys made!) but this time looking at the numbers we think they genuinely are mileage and not trips on the line!
During August 11 of the 12 operational trams ran on the line with the only one missing being 15 which continued to receive maintenance. It is hoped that the fully enclosed tram will be able to return to service during September.
10 led the way in miles operated (954) with 11 (918), 12 (864), 9 (858) and 8 (666) unsurprisingly completing the top five. At the other end of the scale 19 travelled the least (30) with 14 (96) the only other tram not to reach 100 miles during the month.

You are correct! We had a little miscommunication when the trips were delivered!
The July trips need to be multiplied by 6 for the correct mileage
